Location not far from city centre, the "restaurant" for dinner meal, and the outskirts of the city...

Friendly and accommodating staff. We had a small issue with our room upon arrival, but the receptionist promptly upgraded us to a spacious and comfortable room. we were impressed with the customer service and felt well taken care of. The hotel also had a convenient and secure parking area for our car. Although the hotel is a bit far from the city center, the public transport system was easily accessible and helped us navigate Prague with ease.

We had a wonderful time exploring Prague with our children, thanks to the convenient location of Hotel Max. It was just a short walk away from a beautiful park where our kids could run and play. The park had a playground with slides, swings, and a sandbox, which kept them entertained for hours. The hotel also provided a cozy and comfortable family room, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.
My children wanted a larger selection of breakfast options.

The hotel was situated in a great location near public transportation, allowing us to easily explore the city. The breakfast had a variety of options to choose from, and the staff who served it were kind and efficient.
the staff's level of English proficiency was inadequate, resulting in communication difficulties and unhelpfulness.

We stayed at a hotel a few bus stops away from the center. the location was very practical, with a bus station close by. We appreciated being able to enjoy the restaurant in the hotel's cafe. A supermarket was nearby, which was a bonus. the room and bathroom were clean, and the service was very accommodating. Breakfast was included, and it was delicious. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the surroundings from our room.
The poor coverage of the internet, which made it inconvenient to stay connected with our devices.

Location was convenient, with easy access to public transportation and a nearby supermarket. the room price was affordable, especially considering that breakfast was included. the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The hygiene standards were lacking: dirty carpets, walls in need of repair, and a kettle and cups that looked like they hadn't been washed in weeks. the room was also very noisy, with thin walls that allowed us to hear everything happening outside.
